Pastels

Apparently, the in colours this season are pastels. Spearmint, lilac, pale blues and yellows are all hot colours in this chilly trend. But, personally, I have very pale skin, so lighter colours make me look washed out and ill. Plus, these sorbet shades can be too whimsical and girly. SO, i think im going to have a go at making pastels... 

HARDCORE 

Right, first off. Dramatic, architectual shapes add structure, but keeping the look clean and fresh is all part of this trend. A well tailored leather jacket adds a twist to a 20s style flapper dress, another look thats big this season. Right, backstage at Ralph Lauren's spring/summer catwalk. If you can't afford a whole new wardrobe (and neither can I) A few accessories and maybe a new shirt

can give a fresh update to your look. Just don't overdo the pale colours, and keep the silhouette simple. 

And an ample dose of black, or studs, will always toughen up a bit of feathers and those sorbet shades.
